Lightfeet Rebound Performance Insoles For Low Arch

I started running 9 years ago at 59 and have run 9700k at an average of 12k since then. `15 Marathons, 55 Half Marathons and nine 30ks. I was having quite a few foot problems recently at 15k and above, and suffered some 1/2 foot blisters on a couple of marathons, as if they are not bad enough. I tried about 5 inserts with various success, but as soon a I got some Rebounds in my long distance shoes, it was like running on a cloud with no foot problems. I got this set for my training and medium distance Kayano 24s and can run 15 with no discomfort at all, and doing it again 2 days later is fine. The inserts are lasting well, but the thin top layer starts coming off after about 200k, but is isn't noticeable. I certainly recommend, and will be sticking with them.
